SPECIFICATIONS

• 1 U.S. gallon (3.76 liters) Blue Gallon
• Water-based synthetic polymer coating, spray-applied to HX coils
  
• No material bridging between fins for optimal performance
  
• Uniform dry film thickness: 15–30 μm (0.6–1.2 mils)
• Meets 5B rating crosshatch adhesion per ASTM D3359
• Corrosion durability verified with ≥ 5,000 hours salt spray resistance
• Testing performed per DIN 53167 (ASTM B117) standards
• Applicable for use with aluminum and/or copper test coupons
  
• 24 months shelf life if stored in the original closed container in a cool, dry place

APPLICATION METHOD

• Spray using compressed air and a conventional HVLP spray gun. Mix well before
  and during application. Brush and roller applications are not recommended.
