An order confirmation email and invoice will be sent after an order is placed successfully. This means we received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

We process orders within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order is available and ready for dispatch, we will process the charges and arrange the delivery of your order.

If an item in your order is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered upon checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an error in the address, you will be charged another shipping fee for re-delivery.

For large orders, feel free to contact us. We can organize bulk pricing and bundle discounts on products. We are more than happy to make a deal.




We deliver within Australia.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 per order. Price includes multiple items up to 5 kg only. Additional cost applies for orders over 5kg. Contact us for a quotation.

We dispatch orders via these carriers depending on the delivery location in Australia: Australia Post, TNT, TOLL, StarTrack, SmartSend, Amarex, CouriersPlease.

We always choose the carrier service with the quickest delivery times. Each delivery service has a receiving signature and once signed, will be deemed to be delivered in full.

Orders usually take 1 to 3 business days to reach capital cities. For remote regional areas, expect your order to arrive within 7 or more business days. If you require express delivery, contact us at support@cooltools.net.au for a customised shipping quotation.

A shipping confirmation email with complete tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 6 business days, feel free to contact us for the status of your order.




If you need your order to be shipped to a location outside Australia, please contact us for international shipping quotation.

Customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties that may be applied when importing goods into their region outside of Australia.




We highly recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival. The delivered item(s) should be of acceptable quality and should match the description we have provided to you.

If you receive an item in your order that appears to have been damaged in transit, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Contact us immediately and send photos to support@cooltools.net.au. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf.




All orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped.

If your order has been dispatched, you are required to pay for all associated return shipping costs.




Cool Tools HVAC-R will gladly accept your return or provide an exchange due to change of mind provided that:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of the date you receive the item
  • The item is unused or unworn and in its original sealed packaging, with tags attached
  • The item must not be tampered with or broken, all accessories and the manual included
  • A valid invoice must be presented as proof of purchase

Any return requests that meet the above conditions will receive either a refund or an exchange for another product.

If you wish to return an item, you are required to pay for all associated shipping charges.

For incorrectly ordered items, Cool tools HVAC-R will charge a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment when the order was placed.


The customer may be entitled to a refund if, upon receipt, the product:

  • Is faulty or not of acceptable quality
  • Does not match the description provided to you
  • Is not fit for the intended purpose

If you receive a defective or faulty item, you are entitled to return the product for inspection. This will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer will assess the returned product to determine whether a replacement, repair or refund can be offered in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

For any return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. You are also required to pay for all associated shipping charges. Contact us for RMA and further details on how to proceed with the return.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Cool Tools HVAC-R if the returned product is in fact deemed faulty or defective upon inspection. Please keep your receipts for the refund.

Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment when the order was placed.




Cool Tools HVAC-R is not liable for any injuries incurred from product misuse. Always refer to the instruction manual before using your new product.




All our HVAC and Refrigeration tools and products are supported by full manufacturer’s warranty. All our products have at least one-year warranty coverage excluding consumables such as Filters, Gaskets, Leads, Batteries, Fuses, Sensors, Cases, etc.

Certain products are covered for up to two years.

Please fill out any relevant warranty registration forms upon receiving your product and send them to the manufacturer to take advantage of full warranty coverage.

Product breakage due to misuse is NOT accepted for warranty claims. Please also note we do not offer exchanges or refunds on general wear and tear.
