The KIT-HVR High Voltage Rescue Kit is a critical safety requirement for electrical observers and responders working in high-voltage environments, such as substations and industrial switch rooms. Engineered to meet the rigorous demands of Australian energy providers and AS/NZS 4836 standards, this kit provides the essential dielectric barriers needed to safely extract a victim from a high-voltage source without the risk of secondary shock. Housed in a heavy-duty, high-visibility waterproof bag that doubles as a water bucket for burn treatment, each kit includes a non-conductive HV rescue hook, an AS3504 fire blanket, a 1000V non-conductive torch, and specialized burns first aid for immediate post-incident care. To ensure universal site readiness, the kit features Insulated Gloves in a universal Size 11, explicitly stamped "RESCUE USE ONLY" to guarantee they remain in pristine, fit-for-purpose condition for life-saving emergencies.

NB The insulated gloves supplied in this kit are required to come in size 11 to ensure the gloves can fit different safety observers. The gloves are stamped ‘RESCUE USE ONLY’ to state that they should be used as everyday working gloves, as the gloves need to be suitable for purpose in the event that a rescue is required.
