The Major Tech MT688 Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer is designed for surface and forehead temperature measurement for infants and adults without contact with the human body. It can also be used to measure the temperature of baby bottles, bath water or room temperature.

- MT688 has been tested and homologated in accordance with EN60601-1-2:2007 for EMC.
- EMI is a disturbance generated by electrical or mechanical equipment, which can include ignition systems, cellular networks, lighting and many others. EMI in our daily lives is more of an annoyance than anything else, but it can cause problems, such as when your garage door opens when you try to change the TV channel with the remote.
