Imperial Ratcheting Tube Cutters easily completes a full revolution, maximizing leverage. The cutter can easily be removed from the ergonomic handle with non-slip grip. Six independent drive pawls provide 15° arc-swing. Includes (1) general purpose cutter wheel.
