Belnet is a flushing liquid with high evaporation level specifically developed to be used in all AC/R systems. It has to be introduced inside the AC/R systems through manual or pneumatic devices; once inserted into the AC/R system it removes metal residues and exhausted oil.
Belnet is a flammable, cleaning liquid specially formulated to flush refrigeration lines.
Before flushing, DISCONNECT the COMPRESSOR, THE EXPANSION VALVE and the DEHYDRATION FILTER: these components cannot be cleaned.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Insert BELNET in the plant or in the component to be washed, by using a washing tank or other manual, electric or pneumatic tools
- Let BELNET circulate until the liquid will emerge from the part of the clean recovery
- Flush the nitrogen to accelerate the evaporation of the product
- Dispose of the liquid wash, in accordance with the current regulations
Note: Belnet must be used by an experienced operator, who has to be provided with specific personal protective devices/equipment.
